harmonic balancer

who,just spent  5 hrs getting balancer off.

broke my toy puller.

but abit of 1/2'' plate, welder and drill made a puller and got it off.

Been there done that.  I went through multiple pullers trying to get a balancer off once.  All I can say is good
luck getting it back on.  I had to hammer the heck out of it to get one back and I worried that I damaged the main bearing.   I swore the end of my crank had to have been mushroomed somehow.
I've since installed another motor and someone else is stuck with that crank/balancer now :)

well if it that tight. think I  would run some run some rubbing paper thru it a few time and look for burrs/dinks.
