Need to do a major front suspension rebuild, want to use poly bushings; where is the best place to get a complete kit/package that is priced good?
I'm considering VanSteel as I have done business with them in the past - what about MuskegonBrakes, VBP, Wilcox etc. Where did you buy yours?
I do want quality first!
Thanks!

Oddly, I got mine from e-bay. That may not be a help.

When I did my front end rebuild a few years ago I bought through Vansteel. There good to deal with and stand behind their product. Had a problem with a ball joint after a year and they replaced it no question asked, they just sent me a new one.
You might put together a list of what you want and send it to Corvette Specialties for a quote. Its good to do businesses with supporting suppliers. I have bought some items through them since they joining C3VR and have been pleased with their friendly and quick service.

I purchased mine thru Eckler's. It was cheaper than VBP's price........who makes it. I also got another 10% off the lower price from Eckler. I had to wait for the 10% off sale. As suncountry mentioned, check with Larry at Corvette Specialties, he is great and might be able to give you the best deal. Good luck!

I purchased mine from VanSteel also. I called them prior to my order and described what type of ride I wanted and asked about particular kits. They put one together just for my car.

Thanks for the referrals!
As far as I know, we are the only people to offer rebuilt control arms on an exchange basis. We strongly recommend against poly. It makes your ride harsher, and unless you race the car, you won't get any better handling. Poly does last longer, but the originals are good for at least ten years, depending on climate. We can sell you individual components, or a kit, or the rebuilt control arms. Please contact us for specifics.

I bought a kit for my 78 from Muskegon, but only because they offered a great deal on Ebay. However, I was very pleased with the product and the service. BEWARE not all complete rebuild kits are "complete".

Thanks for the input everyone!
Larry (Corvette Specialties) I checked your website and will be calling you next week. Good advice on the poly bushings!
