I forgot that A/C became standard sometime in the late 70's. If they're not A/C specific, I wonder why they put the non-A/C tag on them.

Took me long enough, huh?
After starting this project 3 months ago I was finally able to get it all finished yesterday. It seemed like everything life threw at me (not all bad) made it impossible to get down to my brother in law's shop to finish up.The VB&P Front End Rebuild Kit is in! Rubber Bushings. I used Moog ball joints, though. Whew!!! What a bear of a job!

Thank goodness for air chisels and a brother in law with lots of patience.
He dialed it in as best he could and suggested I put 700 - 800 miles on it before getting an alignment.
We put in a new radiator, too and I drove it home yesterday. Felt good to drive a C3 Vette again! The steering is nice and tight and the radiator holds its own.
Unfortunately some lunk head hit the nose while it was parked there for so long. No idea who did it. We did'nt even know it had happened until a few days ago when we took off the cover. Ah well, that'll be on the "to do" list for next spring. For now I washed & waxed it and I'll just be driving it for the next 2+ months. Gotta put some miles on it!
