Need to change front pads in the spring, what do you guys recommend?Semi-metalic or ceramic, something with low brake dust and no squeaks. I guess i dont need some high performance pads with a stock 350.

You can't get asbestos pads anymore, which worked well and were quiet. Many compounds available today work, but are noisy and create a lot of dust.
I'd go with ceramic. A bit more expensive but superior. I'd stay away from some of the high performance pads meant for racing...they're not good for the street as they need to heat up a lot before they get really grabby.
Even the best brakes are barely good enough when it's your a$$ on the line!
