Just noticed that one has flat end by starter hole. mine is round all the way, maybe it won't work.

1974.....but it was not the original engine when I bought the car. As long as only the engine was changed I would think bellhousing and dust cover were original.
And don't think the tin snip idea didn't cross my mind!
