I have purchased a new glass spring and am now having buyers remorse. I haven't driven the car as it is still without engine installed. Are there real advantages and what problems can I expect. I did buy gas shocks and a heavier rear sway bar too. The front springs are new steel and same KYB gas shocks from Vette Brakes.

well, I cant tell you how it will drive, since my car still doesnt have a a body on it.  as far as the install goes it was very straight forward, i didn't have any problems.  from what ive heard, the fiberglass spring is a big improvement as long as you have the correct shocks to go with it.. Did you get your whole suspension as part of a complete kit?

I purchased the components that matched . Looks like what you have but i choose the kyb shocks instead with the 3/4 sway bar in the back. Yours looks good. Did you rebuild or replace the drive axels?

I think you'll be happy with the way in handles, I've done all that with mine a few years ago & most people can't believe the ride. I chose beilstein shocks & went up one notch on the front & rear sway bars. After you install everything take it to a good alignment shop that knows older vets & you'll be smiling all the way home.

I rebuilt the axles.  Cleaned them up painted them and then put fresh U-joints in.  It was fairly easy.  I just used a large pipe clamp and some sockets to put them in.  The only advice I would have is to make sure that the spots where the end caps from the U-joints go are very clean or it will be hard to get them to press all of the way on
