factory BB sway bar ?

this is a pretty stupid question but I always forget this..


do the ends of the factory BB front sway bar curve up or down..

if someone with a factory front bar could send me a pic id highly appreciate it..

the bar can go in either way.. im just not sure if the ends of the sway bar curve up or down and whats worse.. the gm assembly manual shows it both ways on two different pages..

arrrgh...

With it in position, look at the angle where the stabilizer links connect to the bar. One way the link bushings will be loaded at an angle, and the other way they will be loaded more evenly. You must be looking at normal ride height positions.

anyone have a picture from an unmolested car..

So far I have one person saying ends tilt up, one saying down, and one saying wait and see..

the assmebly manual show it both ways.

doc rebuild shows it up (i think.. hard to tell in diagram)
