Engine bay ticking noise

Hi All,

I am trying to chase down a ticking noise in the engine bay, just wanted some advice, does the sound on the videos below sound like a lifter tick? my fan is somewhat noisy as well and I am not sure if that is the ticking noise. The noise isn't that loud but the video makes it appear louder.
