Vette(s): 1974, 454 with 4 on the floor, matching numbers.
With the "total" help of my friends (Mustang Sally/Tom, Ten15/Anthony, & Chuck/just Chuck) I hope to be in the last stages of completing my car.
The new trailing arms, sway bar/ bushings, Edelbrock shocks, U-joints etc. are done. Hopefully before the end of the week I'll have my wheels aligned.
Believe me when I tell you they did all the work. All I did was get the coffee, donuts and crack a few jokes. Tom really busted his hump removing the trailing arms, what a major PITA. I was exhausted just watching him. Then one shaft had the U-joints seized, that was another PITA.
The difference in the ride is incredible. I used to have a vibration while driving, now it's gone. The bouncing around is also gone. After the alignment is done, so am I, for this year.
I don't know how I can ever repay these guys for being there and doing all the work. These guys are more than friends, they're family.

It is great to have friends like that. I have a few buddies I am going to call on when it comes time to do my LS1 swap this winter. No way I could do this on my own.
