using domed pistons,does the domb go to outside of block?as in spark plug side.

Dome goes towards the spark plug side. Valve reliefs go towards the intake. Same applies to dished or flat top pistons.
There should be either dots/small notch/arrow on the piston that denotes piston orientation. Those usually point towards the front of the engine. Check the paper work that came with your pistons.

hi,no markings at all.they are sealed power H618cp not speed pro
pins are central,thinking they can go anyway round.
think I will email federal mogul
