hi all.

i was wondering if someone could help me locate an old thread.  a couple months back, a thread went around about hooking a vacuum guage to a vacuum port on your manifold and turning your distributor until you get max pressure on the guage. does this ring any bells with anyone?  i've been scouring the old threads but can't seem to find it.

thanks...

Here's the two that Ben has put up. They're the ones everyone looks for!! I have them on my "Favorites" list. Makes them easy to find.

Ben's timing method

I hate timing lights!

THANX THANX MIKE !

That procedure for timing from Colorado Corvette Crazies ( CCC) seems to me a perfect idea ! and simple !  Never seen the idea to begin without the springs ....simple and correct .

Ok , guys and girls  of C3VR , WHAT do i see there ????:
