I am installing an engine 1976 into my 1972. I would like to retain the same tachometer distributor drive. Question is will the tach-drive distributor fit in the 1976 motor.

shouldn't be any problem using the 72 distributor in your 76 motor. hope you don't mind the drop in HP and torque
