Hi Everyone

I am thinking about replacing the radiator in my 1981. I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts or experience with DeWitt Radiators?

Thank you.

I have one.  Best radiator out there you can buy for a C3.  Tom DeWitt's started his company because even NOS radiators for a '63 were junk as they had deteriorated over time while sitting in the box.

He doesn't own the company anymore but they still make a high quality product and he still personally responds to pertinent posts on CorvetteForum when someone has an overheating problem or a question about their radiators.

You get what you pay for and they are worth it.  Made in the USA.

I have one in my 71 with the stock fan/fan clutch/shroud.  I can sit idling in traffic in 90 degree weather and the temp gauge never moves above normal. Now me, on the other hand, that's a different story...

I would like to thank everyone for their positive comments and posting pictures on their DeWitt Radiators. I am glad everyone has had good results. Looks like I will be planning to order a DeWitt radiator!
