I received an email from Gonzo last night and hes agreed to send me a sample of the liner material and decal for us to play with. Hope to have it before Carlisle so I can bring it along for everyone to see.....

Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.
I sure would be interested in getting one after I get my car painted It looks good.  It will be at least 6 months before I'm looking at doing that.  So it sounds like I will have a couple of people who have had experience with it.

Well Folks, got to talking to Gonzo and ended up buying the hood insulation for my '69.  I'll let you know how it works out.  I don't look forward to cleaning the underside of the hood before installation!!Nuke
