The needle of my speedometer move like a wave
, i heard a "tac tac" witch increase with speed
and my Cruise Control make a strange job, my vette seem to follow my needle madness !!
So it come from?

Your problem likely comes from two sources. First, the speedometer cable likely needs lubricated, plus you also need a new transducer. In my '78, lubricating the cable helped, but still needed the transducer.
The transducer is easy to replace, IF you have small hands. My big mitts came out a bit scarred and cut as the transducer is in a tight area to work in.
Expect to pay about $70-$100 for a rebuilt transducer with trade-in, depending on where you can find it. Most of the Vette catalog suppliers stock them.
