I just installed a new/rebuilt diff and it works like a charm until it warms up. I added the additive and it made no difference. As soon as it's warm I get a serious clunking when I go around corners or if there is lots of torque applied. Any ideas?

This may sound stupid, but take your car in a parking lot and do a few figure 8's turning left, then do a few turning right. I've heard and seen this work on a rebuilt diff that was making noise. I guess this allows the fluid to work into the posi unit to help it release smoothly. Try it and let us know if it works out for you. If it doesn't I would be asking the people that rebuilt it for some answers.
And BTW...Your supposed to be gentle for the first few hundred miles on a new diff. They also have to be broke it. Good Luck

Personally I don't think that sounds stupid at all. It makes total sense to me, the rebuild company set up the clutch pack really tight and I was expecting it to be fairly grabby. I put in GM diff fluid and additive and the guy who did the rebuild has 30 yrs experience so I'm confident it was put together ok. I've got about 6 hrs on it now and have been taking it quite easy, I'll try the figure eights on the weekend and let you know if it works.
