Chrome valve covers

Vette(s): 73 Conv, Blue-Green/White Top - 454, M21 - Dark Saddle Leather, Power Windows, A/C, Tilt/Tele, AM/FM St. (orig. and sounds like it too).#2 -- 2007 Coupe,3 LT package, Z51 option, Victory Red, Ebony Int. Clear Top.
Well I finally did it... bought the chrome valve covers  from Zip. They may not be original, but they sure do make a difference in looks  and I only go to local shows so what the heck... makes me and Mama happy...... they seem to be really good quality covers. Cost me $129, but I don't think  I'll have any problem with leaks. The chrome is excellent too...  now for the chrome breather cover and did I mention electronic ignition Embarrassed... That will be all... I like just a little chrome...

Vette(s): 1979, Targa Blue (72 Color), Pace Car rear spoiler, L88 hood, Dark blue factory interior, 525HP 406, HD 700R4, 370 gears,Steeroids, composite rear spring, TT IIs wrapped in T/A Radials.
And every time you look down at that mirror polish and smile, it smiles back at you!!!!! Big%20smile

i agree, a little chrome goes a long way. i, too, have added the chrome to dress things up a bit. i know i'm not going to have a show stopper but as paul said it is sure nice seeing it smile back at you.

Thanks... now I need to get up with JimG and get the hood back on... I don't trust too many people helping with that job...Sleepy...
