Vette(s): 1975 convertible, with the hard top and power streering.it a 350 L48 with auto trans. the color is light blue.
I ordered ceramic plug wires and I am wondering do I have to order special cap and rotor,or will a regular one work.I got this type of wires because my headers kept burning up the ther ones.

I have no knowledge to answer that question but would guess you will be able to use the standard cap. I was wondering where you got the ceramic wires and what is the heat range they can handle? I went with shorty plugs from accel and then use heat covers on the ends but am always looking for something cleaner looking.

The boots are ceramic and can handle 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit. The wires are silicone good for 600 degrees Fahrenheit. They will work with you regular cap and rotor. No more burnt bootsThumbs Up
