Vette(s): 1973 white convertible 4 speed L82

I purchased the 1973 vette this winter and finally getting around to working on it.  It has always stumbled at 3500+ rpm so I installed new points, condenser and plugs - set the Dwell at 30 degrees and the timing to 8 degrees BTDS at 900 rpm.  All pretty much standard stuff - but found no real improvement.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!
It could be wires or cap and rotor.  It could also be a weak coil.

How long since the fuel filter was changed, it could be starving for fuel.
