I bought a set of bleeder screws with a one way valve in them to make it easier to bleed my breaks. Everything went as planed until I was bleeding the inside screw on the back passengers side. When I was done I tightened the screw all the way until it was tight against the caliper and the fluid still came out. Does this mean that the caliper has to be replaced? I can't figure out what caused this. I did try a different one of the new screws, but the same thing happened.

Any help would be appreciated.

The length of the bleader in not correct. They are available in different lenths. The length of the bleeder is not correct.

What s happening is the threaded part of the bleeder screw is bottoming out in the caliper before it has a chance to seal the plunger. thats the reason they offer different lengths. Call the manufacturers tech line and they can confirm they are probably too long and you just need to go with the next shortest length.
