Vette(s): 1980 L82 Dark Metallic Green Coupe, Gymkhana Suspension, AM/FM/CB, GM ZZ383....nice....

Vette has 110K miles, Stock 1980 L82 with original steel crank, 4 bolt mains, forged aluminum flat head pistons, and stock compression of 9.0:1.

Getting some new heads, cam, lifters, intake, high flow oil pump, fuel pump etc.

If I end up rebuilding the bottom end I want to be sure it is done right.

Magnaflux block, paint, check original parts (crank, pistons, connecting rods) and reuse if within tolerance? Replace seals, bearings, Is this correct or missing something??

1980 L82 (5069 made), Dark Green Metalic (844 made)
Gymkhana Suspension, AM/FM/CB, Sporting a ZZ383.........

Vette(s): 1968 Conv, 454HO,500HP-600TQ, TKO-600,3:70 HD rear,hotrod air, custom paint & suspension,1973 Ruby Red,T-top, 383 Stroker, TK)-500,frame off restro, 1967 Dodge Coronet, 340 stroker to 406, Dana 60

You'll probably have to have it bored with that mileage & have the crankshaft checked & balanced at a machine shop...sound like you're right on with everything else.
