Vette(s): 1979, Targa Blue (72 Color), Pace Car rear spoiler, L88 hood, Dark blue factory interior, 525HP 406, HD 700R4, 370 gears,Steeroids, composite rear spring, TT IIs wrapped in T/A Radials.

And the quest has finally ended!!!!!   I was about to plop down $180 for a March Alternator Mount kit that keeps the stock location on my 79. I stumbled across this person on ebay, selling his own bracket for a 1/3 of the price. Check out the pic by clicking here.

Vette(s): 1979, 350sb, as my kids affectionately call it "shit brown" Corvette purchased in 1996. 84,000+ miles. Not a show car, but I love her just the same.

Nice!  Does anyone know if the guy makes the same kind of bracket for the other side on the AC compressor?  Think it would look great to have the polished aluminum on both sides.

Looks like you got a really good deal on your bracket. I bought a billet aluminum one for mine because of alignment problems. Cost quite a bit more than that one but if I would have came across that one, I would have one just like it on my car.
