Vette(s): 1980 Corvette
I stopped by Bair Corvette in Linesville, PA on a recent trip back from Cleveland and dropped the trailing arms from my 80 Shark off for overhaul. What a GREAT bunch of people. The tore them down while I was there to see if I would need anything extra. Then my wife and I got the GRAND tour from Yogi. The trailing arms were overhauled and shipped in a week. I had them back in about 10 days. I would hightly recommend this place. NO, I'm not associated with Bair Corvette in any way.

Happy crusing

Vette(s): 1972 coupe/350 cid/mild cam/4 spd/20 ft. paint (looks perfect from 20 ft.), but it sure runs nice.
Good to know, since that's a pending issue for mine. Van Steel is practically up the road from here. Anybody out there have a preference one way or another, or perhaps a third place. Bang-for-the-buck is always good, but I'd rather spend a bit more if I know I'm getting the best. Opinions, anyone?

Yes, I am going to try Bair's. I spent some serious dough in the last 6 months with another supplier, and I said it and will say it again: "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten". Thanks for the tip on Bair's. |saluteflag| |cool|

I'm sure you would get a great job from either place. Van Steel has an excellent reputation, I haven't heard about any problems with either. for what it's worth, Bair's sponsors this forum, Van Steel does not.

That settles it, it's Bair. Won't pay state tax either.

Thanks,

Vette(s): 1977 L-82 originally white/buckskin interior. Currently undergoing a frame-off resto. and modifications.YEEHAW!!!
I have nothing but great things to say about Bair's Corvette. I met Brian at Carlisle a few years ago, and he remembers me every time I call. He is awesome, and knows his shinola about vettes.

I will always do business with Bair's.period.
