Vette(s): 1974 coupe
I'm working on a 1974 coupe. I am looking for a set of relatively inexpensive allow wheels. American Racing has several types in their catalog they say might work, but my local dealer says they will not.

Anybody out there have any sugggestions?

Thanks,

Ron, are you looking for Corvette Alloys? I posted a topic in the "Parts For Sale Section" that I found at Vette Finders. Check it out on this link |wavey|

Hello Ron,

Use caution when buying aftermarket wheels for your Vette. Make sure you can bolt an example on prior to purchase, or that you select one that is already on a C-3. The reason is that the caliper extends past the face of the disk at the studs. For some wheels this creates a clearance problem.
