ALCON, finially got everything back in. 2 T/A, 4 shocks (2 Rear 2 Frt), half shafts, drive shaft, spring, pig (Dff carrier), brake lines, new calbrs, parking brake cable, and all the trimings. Looks good now just need some road testing then its off to paint. That whole rear end project set me back three months and about 4 grand. Oh well once in a lifetime I hope. thanks for all the support and tips. Got lots of PIC's may write article soon. let you know. Thanks again.

Vette(s): 1980 L-48 still in the middle of a frame-off.
At least you know that the back half of the car is solid and safe. Good deal.

Corvettes and women are the same...You want to make love to them but they keep breaking down.

Thanks indy99 your exactly right on that one. To answer your question KDADDY79 the originial color was silver. Its white now and always has been since I have had it. Lookin at Silver mist just like the one Jim Puleo (74vettesilvermist) March 09 in the C3VR 2009 calendar. The interior is Oxblood and I think it will be sharp. Send to paint on the 13th of DEC if all goes well. Thanks for askin guys. Take care.
