Another problem with the 70 when going down the highway at about 70mph I notice a puff of white smoke. Its very faint and it does it every 5 sec's. What would cause this ?

White smoke? Sounds like it could be a head gasket...

Hope you will get a little more help, I would do an compression check, and inspect each of the plugs to see if anything out of the norm shows up.

I would look for something leaking onto the exhaust first. The "every 5 seconds" comment leads me to think that perhaps there is a coolant, or oil leak that is dripping onto the exhaust, and creating the puff. Of course, it could be something more serious, but I would definitely start with the simple stuff.
If you can't seem to find a small leak, or evidence of one, then you'll need to dig deeper to see if it might indeed be a head gasket or something like that. Good luck!

Yes I did not have a drainage hose from the expansion tank it has one now. I will check to see if that was the problem.
