I think I know what the problem is,all my files are to large.They are all around 820kb. Any fix for this?? |headscratch| |headscratch|

Fix is software. Something like photoshop or maybe your camara came with some photo editing software. Reduce the density to 72 DPI---just fine for the web. and / or reduce the photo diamentions to something like 4 x 6. That would be about 124K. Image size = DPI*2 x length x height.
