Ok all have a problem. Was raining like a B%^$H this morning and went through a puddle about 6 inches deeps (read small lake). Anywho stopped the car to get breakfast got back in and wont start. Everything works fine, ingnition buzzer, lights, etc but the car will not turn over dont even get a solenoid sound when hitting the key switch. Checked all the fuzes and wiring and the only thing I found was the solenoid was wet around the seal everything else was relativly dry. Im thinking I just got water in my solenoid and it needs to dry out but Im not really sure how to test that theory (not till tomorrow anyhow) So what do yall think

It's possible the starter just got a wee bit too much, and needs to dry out. You might check the ground and 12v+ at the starter, just to be sure.

If you have power to the small wire going to the solenoid when the key is turned to start position, and the battery cable has power, it's the starter/solenoid.
(some day, no strike that, October 2008 it turned red, still in progress!)
