Wiring removal

Getting rid of electrical systems and their wiring to clean up under dash while installing new dash. One with large purple wire I assume is the rear defog.One by gear shift is alarm system.  Checked wiring schematic and there removal won't seem to effect anything else.  Just double checking with experts to ensure I identified the right hardware. Not sure what third pic is of on the rear of the center hump. It's staying anyway,,
