Wipers Electrical Troubleshooting

Anybody got a good lead on posted material to troubleshoot wiper electrical issues? Wiper door opens fine (after cleaning actuator internals), but no wiper movement after that. Fuse is fine. Thanks |wink|

This was mentioned in another recent post. Check the shut-off switch located below the steering column. It might be as simple as that.
