Vette(s): 1971 targa 350 aut war bonnet yellow

can you tell me the location of wiper relay on 1971 model. i have 12 volt on the light blue wire at the wiper contact and the light blue and yellow wires at the wiper motor connection and the same with the two blue and yellow wires at the tach filter solenoid
