the wipers on my 81 won't work on delay. also, the mist part will work only if you hold the button down until blades are half way up windshield. otherwise, they will go up an inch or so, then go back down. when they are in low speed, if you turn the switch "off" before they're near the bottom, they wont"park", just stop half way. any ideas?
