A friend of mine has a '82 vette that has a weird problem.
The problem is that when he plugs the ground wire in the wiper motor, the radio comes on and the power antenna goes up. He put a test light on the wire and it has juice running through it. What gives?
Any help is appreciated

This a feedback in the ground circuit. There should be a ground connected that is not connected or making contact. When you connect some of the grounds, the items not grounded come alive. They are now sharing a circuit.
He just need to find the bad ground connection.
