Hello got a wierd question here. When the windshield is wet wipers work fine, but when its is kinda dry (like when its been sprinkling and all the water gets wiped off) they hit each other. Ive got 12" blades on it now any ideas?
Thanx

Glenn,
This happens to me and some others all the time. Make sure you have the correct size wipers, and I use some rain-x in my washer. I'm not sure that it will ever not hit when dry.

It is somwhat due to wear in the wiper linkages. When the window is dry there is more drag, and that allows the parts to flex a bit more than the wet surface. The extra movement in worn parts causes the contact. Sometimes you can adjust the linkage to compensate for the wear.
