Hard or difficult?  I haven't done them on my vette, but I have on several other GM vehicles so I would assume the process is the same.

Hard, somewhat, difficult, no.  Pull down the door panel.  Drill out the three rivets holding in the old motor.  Pull the electrical connection off the motor.  If you don't have access to rivets that big, you can bolt the new one back in.  Plug in the connection and reassemble the door panel.  Plan on a few cuts and scratches from the sheet metal.  Here again, beer makes it easier.Rolling%20On%20The%20Floor%20Laughing

well  I got the  motor out it has a cover plate you take off then there are three bolts and the motor is out. when I put the other motor in I had to use my old gears. not for sure what the problem but the gears seem to slip not for sure if its the  gears on the moter or the splin that sit on top of the  gears
