Vette(s): Just finished 2 years of Blood, Sweat, & Tears restoring my 69 Coupe. Crimsom Red, 427, vacuum removed, Shot of Steeroids, Killer Lights, 5 Speed, still working on small things but she is back on the road.
The wind shield guy dropped by to make sure he had ordered the correct wind shield to replace my old one in my 69. He said he thought there was suppose to be a small strip of weather stripping that went between the chrome trim and the glass that runs down the side of the wind shield. When I took off the chrome trim there was nothing there it was just flat against the glass. Does anyone know if there is suppose to be a something between the glass and the chrome trim. This is the trim that runs along the side of the wind shield to the fender.
