Vette(s): 1969 Corvette Stingray Convertible. Just bought it from my uncle who owned it since 1971. Fathom green, green interior. 350/300, T400.

I was shopping online tonight for seat covers for my '69. I noticed that Wilcox has them on e-bay for $169/set which is $80 to $110 less than most of the main dealers. Anyone buy seat covers from them? I'm a cheap b$%^&*d, but I want to make sure I get good quality.

Any experience with their seat covers?

Vette(s): 1979, 350sb, as my kids affectionately call it "shit brown" Corvette purchased in 1996. 84,000+ miles. Not a show car, but I love her just the same.

Plenty of posts out here on the forums giving kudos to Wilcox for their interiors, Matt. I'm sure most everyone will tell you you'll be okay purchasing from them.

Vette(s): 1979, Targa Blue (72 Color), Pace Car rear spoiler, L88 hood, Dark blue factory interior, 525HP 406, HD 700R4, 370 gears,Steeroids, composite rear spring, TT IIs wrapped in T/A Radials.

Got them on my 79. Really nice fit!

Just be aware that the covers you are looking at may be the vinyl replacements and not the leather. From your description, it sounds like that may be the case. The leather IS much more $.

I got my vinyl comfort weave covers as well as my carpet through them, no problems. If I remember right they were dropped shipped from Corvette America.

Wilcox stuff comes from Corvette America at a lesser price. I have two C-3's with their vinyl seats and they are great. The Wilcox folks are great people.
