Where do these wire go

The brown Blue black wires look like the wires for the cruise control switch on the column?

Finally figured the wires out today.  The wires going into the column appear to go to the cruise.  Pulled on the wire just as it went into the turn signal lever and the cut wire moved. 

Looks like the black and black w/orange goes to the hood solenoid.
