Where can I get OEM style seat belts for '81?

All I have been able to find and lap-only belts. What I want is the '81 OEM-style belt, with the lap and shoulder belt combined. It doesn't have to be an exact replacement, but I won't go within the shoulder belt. Any ideas? Thanks!
By the way, can someone tell me what NOS stands for?

NOS means New Old Stock

There's a company in Texas called Ssnake Oyl on the net that sells them. I haven't personally dealt with them but have heard some horror stories about restoration price quotes being different than advertised. Get a quote from them in writing before you do anything.....Good luck
