strange,
can anyone else help with this. are these red plastic capped holes in the sill top area supposed to be drain paths or do they have some other purpose.

thanks.
...red plastic bungs/plugs in the sill. top
when i take these out i can see through the sill to the ground. ae these drain holes? has the previous owner put thes plugs in, should they be in?...
They are stock, but not drains.  They could have been used for guide pins at body drop.  After the body was on the frame, the caps were put in the holes.  They might also have been used to hold the sills in the jig while the birdcage was being welded up.  There are a couple of other plugged holes in the birdcage on each side at the base of the windshield which were jig fixtures.  You can't see these with the doghouse in place.
