Hello, Hope someone can help me out, My wiper motor works ok, but, the pump is missing. After speaking with a few people that have own/owned 'vettes, the simple solution seamed to be just hook up an electric pump and be done with it. I would like to use the wiper push switch to operate the new electric pump I picked up. There are several bare wires (capped off) near the wiper motor, and I would like to know if someone could tell me what combination will be hot when the washer button is depressed. I assume this can be hooked up with little fuss, but, if I am wrong please advise as well. Thanks Hope someone can help me out! E.M.

On my 73 I believe the lt blue was the negitive and the yellow was the power from the switch. If I am wrong then it was the other way. You will know if it doesn't pump water out.

easiest way to tell is with a test light. push the button in and which
ever wire lits it up is your hot lead. check other wire for continuity
to ground.
