Putting in a new dash and trying to figure out what this is and were does it attach. I don't remember seeing it attached to anything when I pulled the dash out. Yellow housing appears to have a circuit board inside and the black connector looks like it has two small lights in it. Wires are green, red and (I think) blue.

I can take a better picture later if this one is not clear enough.

What area of the dash is it in; drivers, passengers, or center?

Chip,
The yellow part is connected right behind the speedo/tach cluster area. The wires are about 2 feet long. I fogot to write down the color of the wires on the connector that attaches to the yellow piece. I'll get them later today if that helps and a better picture.

Wiper delay module?
The black connector looks like it has two small lights in it??? Is it possible this is part of an aftermarket alarm system?

The yellow part is an AC part with the following part number 25007278. It has green, red and black wires coming out of it. The black piece has 2 small lights in it with the following part number 25007218. The connector that the yellow piece connects to has 3 wires: Brown, black/white and pink/black. It leads back into the same harness as all the wires from the speedo/tach connector go in.

Is THIS THE WIRE? I couldn't find it by probing around under my assembled dash without taking down A/C ducts and such. I found this in some pics I had taken when I had my dash out. If this is the wire Ill probe around a bit more tomorrow and see where it attaches.

That's it. You can see the yellow enclosure in your picture. Looks like it may have been attached to the speedo/tach cluster by the way your picture looks. I thought I took enough pictures when I pulled the dash but must have missed this. Shawnee2 2011-02-20 17:12:04
