The molded plastic headliner on my T-Top keeps falling off.  I keep pushing it back onto it's velcro-like plastic tabs, but it keeps falling off anyway.

What can I do to get it to stay put?

Maybe you can try 3M Brand double face tape. Or stop by a craft shop and see if they have the plastic, not fuzzy velcro strips that have a good sticky backing. Similair to what we use to hold our "EZ Pass" to the windshield. Make sure the surface is clean before you stick it on.

btw: If you don't get it fixed by this weekend,we'll bring a few of those plastic velcro EZ pass sticky's with us.

Come on, Adam, its summertime! take 'em off and put 'em in the back!
Is the panel lose from the plastic 'velcro', or is the 'velcro' just not holding? If the 'velcro' pieces have come off the liner, you need to epoxy them back on with a plastic epoxy. If the 'velcro' is still attatched, but jest won't hold together, then they need to be replaced. Also, if the panels are warped, its hard to get them to stay stuck and not fall off. You can put them in the sun(on a towel), and put a little weight on them to flatten them a little, but it might take a while to get them back in shape.
