Hey on my 70 I have a trim code of c 28 which tells me March 28 for the build date. 984 paint code tells me daytona yellow what does trim 400 mean?

David, I checked my Black Book and the other trim code should be the Interior Code. There is no 400 listed, but it does give "Black/Vinyl=standard" with no code number. This may be indicated by a 400 on the plate. Just a guess tho.

My Black Book, 2001 edition, does show 400 as black/vinyl.

Black vinyl was stock. You got black vinyl unless you specified a different color or leather on your Corvette Order.
