Vette(s): 1970 T-Top350/350hp numbers matching 4 speed. It's a mess and 1970 Convertible 4 speed.
Hey I just pick up a 70 vette and the trim code is
 
Trim 400   984  c28 Paint
 
What is this telling me?

and Saturday, March 28 build date. This would put your VIN in the 07852 to 07953 range.
Strangely enough, there doesn't show to have been any cars produced from the 27th, to the 30th of March in 1970. Friday, the 27th shows no cars, as does Monday, the 30th. Saturday, the 28th, the plant should have been closed.
Are you sure that's not a G instead of a C?
