anyone know what trim code 400 is?
I can't find it in the stats page. The pillar post tag on my 73 says "trim code 400".

Woody, it means that your interior is black vinyl. Hope this helps

Juliet gave me these trim codes for the 1970 cars a while ago:
400 - Black Vinyl
403 - Black Leather
407 - Red Vinyl
411 - Bright Blue Vinyl
414 - Brown Vinyl
418 - Saddle Vinyl
422 - Green Vinyl
424 - Saddle Leather
I know paint codes changed from year to year, but don't know how much change there was in interior combos. I'd guess that some or most of them would still be current for the '73s.

Vette(s): 1965 white with red stinger Coupe HotRod
1970 Bridgehampton Blue Convertible - NCRS / Stock
2019 Sebring Orange Coupe 3LT
Gone but not forgotten:
1987 Yellow Convertible
2003 Yellow Convertible
2007 Atomic Orange Coupe
2007 Lemans Blue coupe
All the trim codes are listed in Mike Antonick's Black Book. I just happened to have my copy here on the arm of the couch. 400 was still Black Vinyl in 1973.
