Has anyone out there tried to put a Quick Release on their steering wheel?

It sure would be easier to get in out & under the dash.

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!
Keep in mind, the connection is quite different from the standard wheel.  This would be a tough question to answer, without seeing the quick release.  Do you have a link or picture?
