 Hear Ye! Ladies and Gentleman,

Another completed paint job in the color of money, first time in two years the car has been started and on the road, she is off to the exhaust shop and then adjustments to the new engine, electric choke not working? Then wheel alignments and road test before the trip to Pigeon Forge..Is June here yet ?

I'm sure sorry about that, but as long as I can move my corvette in and out of Alaska Free, once a year, I'll bet we meet next year..I will still give ya a call when I'm in Tacoma to say hi..Terry

Ya know......back in the drag-racin days, it was considered "unlucky" to have a green car.
Think about it.....how many hot-rods/drag cars do you remember being green

I sure hope that superstition is just bunk!!



btw....ALL Corvettes are RED!!!                sorry.....just couldn't pass it up!!

   Hey  , maybe your right..That was back   then  when you were a drag'in. cars.Dragster Us younger generation guys are trying to change things..GREEN is now in and it's Lucky and it stands for pure fastness(Boy this is good)..The Color GREEN was hard to get back then.... If I have this right, the color green was first rejected by motorcyclist.  Nothing green on the rider or the bike.  It as said that it was the same color as the grass, and you didn't want to hit the ground.  The green was considered bad luck.  From there it spread to cars.
