anyone know how to remove sun visors,pulled off the cap and it looks like a pressed on cap and star washer.I don't want to force and break anything.thanks

you need to get that star washer off ( there is a spring under that star washer) to be able to get visor out .
but if it is that you only wanna replace the visor itself.. you can carefully pull the visor off that metal "pipe" and push new visor on
