What is the factory steering wheel for 1976? I have a red interior (firethorn actually) with a red rubber steering wheel with four red spokes. Steering column is tilt/tele and has correct horn cap/tele adjuster as far as I can tell.

That sounds like the correct wheel, somewhat like this one
The same basic wheel design was used in a variaty of cars from Vega's & Monza's to Camaro's and Corvettes.
